Royal Crest Industries Ltd. was established in 2009 by Taran Seegobin and Shiva Seegobin, a father, and son duo, for the purpose of our two divisions; Business Consulting Services in Corporate Turnaround Management, Real Estate Development and Business Operations; and our Construction Services Division under one roof.
RCI was later re-launched in January 2021 by Shiva Seegobin as the parent company of the subsidiaries that were formed over the years while maintaining its Business Consulting Services Division.

Royal Crest Properties Ltd. (RCP), your premier destination for real estate services in Trinidad and Tobago. Founded in 2010 by Shiva Seegobin, RCP specializes in real estate sales, rentals, property management, maintenance, and development.
Our journey began when Taran Seegobin, working as a consultant, conducted real estate transactions for the developments he was involved in. Over time, our focus expanded to cater to third-party clients outside of these housing developments. In 2022, Shiva Seegobin completed extensive training in Real Estate at UWI-ROYTEC, solidifying our commitment to excellence in the industry.
We take pride in our ability to guide you through every step of the real estate process, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service. Whether you’re buying, selling, renting, or seeking professional property management, RCP is here to make your experience smooth and rewarding.
Our short-term goal for the company is to build a team of professionals that have all completed the Real Estate programme at UWI-ROYTEC, to enhance our Real Estate Sales and Rental Division as well as to help promote our property management and property maintenance teams.
Our long-term goal is to have a real estate investment division where consumers can invest in the development business to capitalize on opportunities to acquire and develop properties for sale and rental.

ROYAL CREST DISTRIBUTION (rcd)
Royal Crest Distribution (RCD), your trusted source for high-quality imported goods in Trinidad and Tobago. Established in 2011 by Shiva Seegobin, RCD was born out of a passion for bringing unique and healthy products to our valued customers.
Our journey began when Shiva’s mother, Ingrid Seegobin, introduced him to a remarkable healthy product from India. Inspired by its potential, Shiva founded RCD to import and distribute dry goods, snack foods, personal care products, and healthy food items. Over the years, RCD evolved to encompass diverse ventures, including the Solar Water Heater Business and business consulting services.
To optimize our operations, we have created RCRE for our solar business and re-launched RCI as the parent company for all our smaller enterprises. While RCD is currently dormant due to our recent focus on other ventures, we are actively seeking exceptional products to import and distribute, aiming to bring our company back to life.

Royal Crest Renewable Energy (RCRE), your dedicated partner in the realm of solar energy solutions. RCRE was originally operated under Royal Crest Distribution- RCD between 2018 and 2021 and was formerly established as RCRE in 2021 by Shiva Seegobin.
